David's far more relaxed than Ivan expected, although he's glad the other man remembered that breathing is a requirement to continuing to enjoy this. The arm that isn't holding him down moves, running fingertips and palm down David's inner thigh, massaging. The fingers in his hair encourage him on some level -- even though Ivan knows they shouldn't -- and he hums around the other man, tongue flicking over the head before he takes him further into his mouth, gently sucking as he does.

It's hard to lean into the touch in his hair, Ivan thinks, but damn if he doesn't want to. Instead he makes another encouraging sound, one to convey that David is doing just fine as is. Not that there's much to do in his position, but perhaps that's part of why he wanted this. A sexual act with another man that requires little skill or knowledge on his behalf.
